The Bora Initiative Day 54

I was reading through my past posts and I realized that I’m slowly reaching my 116 lbs goal!  After sleeping the whole morning, I brought Kara to TriNoma then went to the gym to work out.  First thing I did is to weigh myself.  GLAD TO SAY that from my last weigh in of 123 lbs, I’m now 121! 5 more lbs! Kayang-kaya!

Food Intake List:

Breakfast: no breakfast

Lunch: sweet and sour fish, vegetables from sinigang na babyo and some M&Ms

Dinner: steamed bangus, 2 pieces of wheat bread, cheese, M&Ms again, a cookie and some Carabao’s milk.  Very hefty dinner, but it’s all good :P

Sabi ng mga kapatid ko, they’re going to comment and tease me about this… WAHAHA, BRING IT, I’m ready :P
